Hi,

Hopefully this is a simple bug.  I just downloaded 5.5.13, 64-bit version and tried to install it.  I got an error 1303, directory security problem during the install.

I tried the install as administrator, but still get the error.

I was able to re-install 5.5.12.  Only now I get serial number errors on that one (yeah, it's being a "Monday" morning to me....)  I've e-mailed sales on that problem though.

please try to install the 5.5.13.0 build using the following command line:
"SmartCode VNC Manager (Enterprise Edition) x64.exe" /v"/l*+ setuplog.txt"

And then zip and email setuplog.txt file to support@

Just to update everyone about the outcome...the thread starter had a malware on his computer, which was causing all kinds of weird issues, including the problems with the VNC Manager.
